    1.August has not been to school because he would often have surgeries and would feel sick a lot.
    2.The expression “a walk in the park” means an easy process, or just easy in general.
    3.When Mrs. Garcia saw Auggie, her eyes dropped a bit. Auggie has seen this happen many times.
    4.Auggie grew his hair long last year so his bangs would cover his eyes so they could block out what he didn’t want to see.
    5.I think Auggie feels like Julian is going to be another one of those kids who always stare and make fun.
    6.I don’t think August should go to school. My first reason on why I don’t think August should go to school is that other kids might bully him and really hurt his feelings. My second reason is that he might suddenly get sick or need another surgery which will be a problem while he is in school. My final reason is that maybe if he makes friends, they might get too protective of him and make him feel uncomfortable because as we know, he wants others to see him as ordinary. Those are my reasons on why I don’t think august should go to school.
