ReplyDelete1.I think Auggie felt uncomfortable, mostly because of what Julian said.
2.Auggie didn’t offer to help Henry because Henry put a book between them so he wouldn’t look at Auggie.
3. “Lamb to the slaughter” means when somebody goes somewhere calmly, not knowing something bad is going to happen.
4.Auggie hates the way he eats because he needs to chew at the front of his mouth, making his chewing look very sloppy.
5.I think Auggie cut off his padawan because of the Darth Sidious joke that Julian made.
6.Mr. Browne’s precept “When given the choice between being right or kind, choose kind.” Means that whenever somebody needs advice or consent, you should choose to be kind to them instead of being right and saying something that might hurt their feelings to me. I think so because I just feel like it would be the right thing to do, because hurting somebody’s feelings is not a price to pay in turn for being right. Also, if being right is so good, and you hurt somebody’s feelings, well congrats, you lost a potential buddy! That is what this precept means to me.
