ReplyDelete1.Dad’s reason is that Via is reading the book War and Peace.
2.Via doesn’t want to have children most likely because she doesn’t want them to have any bad sicknesses that can come with birth.
3.Mom allowed Via to stay home because she knew how much she missed her Grans.
4.I, surprisingly, didn’t get surprised. I wasn’t because, well, anything can happen with August, and if I had been through what he had been through, I would want to throw up too.
5.I think Auggie wanted to go back to school because one, Via was nagging him about it, and two, so he could get back at Jack personally.
6.I think Auggie’s mom never asked him why he chose not to wear the costume she worked so hard on because most likely she knew Auggie was going through some things, so she didn’t question it. I think she did feel kind of upset possibly. I think so because she worked really hard to get the costume done and August didn’t use it.
